Ways to Support Us

Some people have been asking about ways to support us, so we are going to put the information on our blog.

We will be going to Honduras as independent missionaries. That means that we will need to raise our own support in order to move and live there. We need monthly support as well as one-time support for our initial moving expenses. We will need to be 100% funded before we move.

We also have several items that we need to get to take with us to Honduras.

If you would like more information on specific needs or how to support us please send us an email: cincogringos@gmail.com

It has been way too long!

Wow, it has been a long time since we have updated out blog! So much has been going on that some things have gotten away from us.

First things first: We are moving to Honduras! Yes, you read that right. For the last 4 years we have followed God on our journey and were finding ourselves called to Peru, but God has given us an awesome opportunity in the jungles of Honduras. Ryan will be working with another missionary and his "Living" Water ministry. Ryan will be training local pastors and also, helping to install water wells.

We have partnered with Global Church Planting Partners and they will be our sending agency. They are based out of Mississippi, good for us since we have family there!

Ryan and I have been on the road for the past month as God has led us to the decision to go to Honduras. We set a moving date of February 2011. Not only is that date coming quickly, but we have the opportunity to send everything we will need on a crate. The only catch to it is the crate will leave in January and we will need to have it all packed by the end of December! Yikes, things are moving very quickly. We have some great friends who have already begun the process of securing items we will need for the next year! God is so great.

We are recovering from the Thanksgiving holidays and doing some home-work. We are catching up on paper work, making phone calls, and beginning our support raising.

Please pray for us as we continue on our journey. We are so excited about the opportunity to work with the people in Honduras.
